Empowering Your Journey

Welcome to your first step on this empowering journey towards wellness with Two Minds Wellness. We know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's normal to feel a bit uncertain. Our goal is to make your first appointment - and all that follow - as comfortable and beneficial as possible.


In your first session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your mental health concerns, personal goals, and hopes for therapy. This appointment is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

Intake Forms

Before your first appointment, we ask that you complete a set of intake forms. These forms provide us with crucial information about your background, health history, and present circumstances. We will send you the forms once you are registered with the practice. We recommend setting aside some quiet time to fill these out thoughtfully and honestly. Please send them back to us before your appointment so that your therapist can review your information beforehand and make the most of your time together.


Once you are scheduled, we will reach out and help you set up your client portal.

New to Online Therapy

In response to the evolving needs of our clients, Two Minds Wellness is pleased to offer online therapy services. Online therapy provides the same level of professional care as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of flexibility. You can connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home or any other private, quiet space.


Here are a few things to keep in mind for your online therapy session:


  1. Find a quiet, private space: Make sure you have a private, comfortable place where you can talk freely without interruptions.
  2. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection for the duration of your session.
  3. Use a compatible device: Make sure your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) has a camera, microphone, and is compatible with our chosen platform.
  4. Set the mood: Consider using headphones for more privacy and better sound quality. Make your environment as calm and comfortable as possible.
