We find that you get out of therapy what you put into therapy. We are not a fan of "homework," but of opportunities for you to reflect and use what you have learned in the real world. Your therapist may suggest activities, readings, or exercises to do between sessions to support your growth.
The therapeutic relationship is key to creating growth and it's important that you feel safe with and heard by your therapist. If for any reason you feel we're not a good fit, we can discuss this openly and we can help provide referrals if needed.
Online sessions provide the same quality of care as in-person, with the added benefit of convenience. All you need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.
